DoI says it'll boost local economy
Free disk parking being offered on part of the Douglas promenade walkway over the festive period should help boost the Manx economy - according to Infrastructure Officials.
Until Monday 8 January the area between the War Memorial and the Bottleneck has become a free zone, giving extra space to Christmas shoppers for up to two hours.
