Average sale price dropped by 2.3%
Property sales on the Isle of Man saw a sharp decline in April compared to March 2026.
That's according to the latest data published by the website propertyprices.im.
A total of 95 transactions were completed during April - a month-on-month fall of 36 percent.
The average sale price dropped by 2.3 percent on the March figure and stood at £358,917.
The statistics, which are taken directly from the Isle of Man Land Registry, relate to properties valued between £100,000 and £1 million.
