Totals sales and value down compared to November
The number of properties sold on the Island in December was down 8.1 percent on the November figure, according to data from the website propertyprices.im.
One-hundred-and-fifty-eight sales were recorded in the final month of 2025 with a total value of £52,392,420.
That figure was down 19.2 percent on the November total.
The average sale price also fell in December when compared with the previous month, down 12 percent at £331.598.
