Chance to get involved in 2018
A fund-raising scheme to walk the Island's long distance footpath has raised thousands for the Diana Princess of Wales Care at Home Trust.
The Raad Ny Foillan Challenge has been undertaken by numerous walkers over the last year, who tackled the 95 mile coastal path in short sections.
A similar scheme is now set to be repeated in 2018 and there's a chance to find out more this evening (Thurs) at a meeting in Douglas.
Trustee Johnny Kipps says those who did the whole of the route over the last year will receive certificates and there's a chance for everyone to get involved next year.
Tonight's meeting is at 7.30pm at the Masonic Hall on Woodbourne Road on Douglas, there's a sausage and mash supper and the email address again if you want to get involved is johnnyk@manx.net
