Island at War annual event returns this month
Manx railway stations are taking a trip back to the 1940s this month for the annual Island at War event.
It will see Douglas, Castletown and Port Erin stations filled with re-enactors, food stalls serving snacks of the time and activities, all throwing back to Second World War.
Railway Events Coordinator Angie Street says the event is an annual highlight:
Island at War is on from 10am until 4:30pm on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 August.
