She is still an elected member and will be able to attend meetings
Ramsey Commissioners has passed a vote of no confidence in Lamara Craine.
It follows 'vulgar' language she made on social media, which was originally used in a private group and spread on a public forum.
She said during the public meeting that she's been subject to 'vitriol' since the incident and fellow commissioner Geoff Court said she should be 'judged' on her actions not her words.
Six board members voted in favour of the vote of no confidence and four were against.
Despite the vote, Miss Craine is still a commissioner and will still be able to attend meetings.
