Chairman says careful scrutiny means no increases
The quality of services provided by Onchan Commissioners will not be compromised, despite the fact rates will be frozen for 12 months from April.
That's the message from Chairman Anthony Allen, following the announcement ratepayers in the district will see no rise in rates in the new financial year.
