Trevor Cowin returns to Tynwald
A Peel man says he has no plans to give up lobbying government, after presenting another petition to Tynwald yesterday.
Trevor Cowin has become a regular fixture on Tynwald Day, presenting many petitions on a range of issues.
He says he has been let down by the Island's planning system, after a proposed development near his home which he objected to went ahead anyway.
His petition this year calls on government to adopt a more rigorous appeals process.
Mr Cowin - who admits he places 'hundreds' of phone calls to the planning office every year - says he hopes to win support from politicians this time around:
