Tribunal appeal to be discussed during question time at April Tynwald
Citing sub judice as a reason to restrict debate in Tynwald 'doesn't play out well with the public'.
That's from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Tim Glover ahead of this month's sitting of the Manx parliament.
Douglas South MHK Claire Christian will ask a question about government's involvement in a high court appeal relating to the Dr Rosalind Ranson tribunal, but was initially told her query would not be allowed due to concerns over sub judice.
With the decision to exclude the question having since been overturned, Mr Glover says it will be interesting to see how much discussion is allowed:
