Adverse weather forecasts could hinder completion of the work
A road closure at Creg Willey's Hill on the A3 Ramsey to Castletown Road has been extended to allow resurfacing work to be completed.
The Department of Infrastructure had hoped to finish the work over the coming weekend, but poor weather forecasts are now likely to cause delays.
The road is expected to reopen by Tuesday evening. (1 April)
As a result, the planned closure of the A18 Mountain Road has been pushed back to Wednesday. (2 April)
