Flooding at Quarterbridge and Richmond Hill
Some roads around the Island are starting to flood, say police.
In the last hour, they've taken to Twitter to say they've already received calls about water around the Quarterbridge and the bottom of Richmond Hill.
Department of Infrastructure staff are out, trying to reduce the impact of the rain.
Officers are warning road users to expect delays.
