The head of the roads policing unit is urging patience during a frustrating time for many Island motorists.
The £1.2 million Governor’s Hill improvement scheme in Douglas is causing much of the problem in surrounding areas.
Inspector Richard Power (pictured) says work is progressing well and has some advice to ease the congestion:
