Part of Platinum Jubilee celebrations
The Royal Family's shared an image online of The Queen's visit to the Island from August 1972.
It's part of their series of 70 photos being tweeted - one a day - in the run up to the Platinum Jubilee Central Weekend.
During that visit, Her Majesty, Our Lord of Mann, rode down Douglas Promenade on a horse tram.
A special bank holiday was called and people gathered in St Johns.
The queen last visited the Island in 2003 when she presided over Tynwald Day.#
