Police urge locals to report suspicious contact
Scammers are targeting Manx residents with calls and emails about Covid-19 vaccinations appointments.
The Isle of Man Constabulary says locals have reported unexpected calls about the vaccination rollout.
Officers say those invited to receive a jab will receive only a letter about the process, instructing them to call 111 to book an appointment.
Police are asking those who receive suspicious calls or messages to report them so officers can determine how widespread the issue is.
Anyone who receives such a call is urged to put the phone down, while scam emails can be forwarded to sers@ocsia.im
