Director of Public Health urges Manx residents to look after themselves
Following self-care advice can help lessen the burden on the Island's healthcare service.
That's the message from Director of Public Health Dr Henrietta Ewart during Self-Care Week.
The week encourages people to take responsibility for their own well-being by eating well and exercising more to help prevent illness and manage existing chronic conditions.
