
Job losses as a result of the impending merger of the Isle of Man College and International Business School have been kept to an absolute minimum.
A meeting was held yesterday (Monday) evening to take staff through the plans to combine the two educational institutions.
The equivalent of half a post will be lost, which college principal professor Ronald Barr says has been achieved by closing senior positions:
