
The Attorney General and the Deputy Assessor of Income Tax are back in court this afternoon.
Stephen Harding and Colin Goodwin were last month charged with a series of offences.
Mr Harding, the suspended Attorney General, faces a total of six charges, including forgery and perjury.
Mr Goodwin faces three charges, one jointly with Mr Harding, of acts against public justice.
They are due before magistrates at Douglas courthouse later today.
