Emergency services have been dealing with a serious road accident at the Fairy Bridge, on the New Castletown Road.
It happened around 8pm today (Monday) and it's understood a motorcycle and a car were involved.
The road was closed between the junction with the Ballavale Road, in Santon and the Blackboards.
There was another road accident this evening at Handley's Corner, between Cronk-y-Voddy and Barregarrow on the TT course.
That led to the road between Ballascraine and Barregarrow being closed, although access to properties and businesses in the area was being maintained.
No further details are available at this stage (10.15pm).
