Nearly 150 more than October
There was a sharp rise in the number of property transactions concluded in November over the previous month, according to data from the website propertyprices.im
172 properties were sold with a total value of almost £65 million, compared with 26 sales in October totalling just over £8 million.
The average price per sale was also higher in November, at almost £377,000, compared with the October figure of £309,000.
The data is taken from records at the Isle of Man Land Registry and applies to sales between £100,000 and £1 million.
