Gig to mark Barry's 70th birthday
There'll be singing, dancing and some jive talkin' at a Bee Gees tribute show in Douglas tonight (1 Sept).
The music of the brothers Gibb will be celebrated at a Bootlegg Bee Gees gig, to mark the 70th birthday of surviving band member Barry.
Born in Douglas, Barry, Robin and Maurice defined a style which found global success over almost half a century - with record sales topping 220 million.
Tonight's show at Ballakermeen studio theatre will be staged within a stone's throw of their birthplace, St Catherine's Drive.
The London-based bootleg trio will perform the band's greatest hits - and songs written by the band for other artists.
