Police say to expect traffic disruption at the NSC
The Sir Mark Cavendish Raceway will officially be opened this morning.
A special event is taking place at the National Sports Centre to mark the occasion.
The Isle of Man Constabulary is warning this will likely lead to disruption to traffic on Groves Road and Pulrose Road from around 10am as a parade of cyclists head from the NSC to The Bowl.
All indoor and outdoor activities at the NSC will be closed until 1pm.
