Enterprise minister promises regulations by December
The enterprise minister has been called out in the House of Keys, over a lack of progress with introducing a cannabis export industry.
The subject was brought up by Claire Christian MHK, who asked why the recent consultation didn't address domestic and medicinal use of the drug.
Meanwhile, Garff MHK Martyn Perkins described progress with cannabis regulations as 'moving at the rate of a tortoise with a zimmer frame.'
