Hospital workers manage to quash flames
There was a small fire at Noble's Hospital this morning.
Crews from Douglas Fire Station responded at 8.20am when the hospital alarm system sounded.
Hospital workers had already tackled the incident in a light fitting using extinguishers.
Crews had to deal with smoke logging and used a thermal imaging camera to confirm the fire was out.
The incident lasted about 40 minutes when staff and the public were allowed back in to the area after a safety check.
