Director of Public Health wants to focus on long term population health
Smoking, alcohol and poor diet have been identified as some of the Island's biggest public health challenges.
Matt Tyrer took up the position of Director of Public Health here in the first week of October.
His focus will be on long term population health for the Island.
Dr Tyrer has named some of the main issues he's identified since taking on the role:
