An open air Songs of Praise will be held at Rushen Abbey this afternoon (Sunday).
Manx National Heritage and Churches Together in Mann are inviting worshippers to join them for the interdenominational service in the Abbey grounds at two thirty.
Island singers, including Cleveland Medal winner Terry Qualtrough and local groups ‘Harmony’ and ‘Ampp’, will lead the hymns and, following the service, visitors will be invited to take a tour of the Abbey’s interactive displays and exhibits, followed by summer refreshments, including cream scones and cakes, in the grounds of Ballasalla’s Abbey Church.
