Forty-six-year-old denies 16 charges
A St John’s man facing a series of rape and indecent assault charges will stand trial from today (Tuesday).
William Henry Kelly is accused of 11 counts of rape and five of indecent assault - they allegedly took place between April 2013 and April 2016.
The 46 year-old denies all the accusations.
A trial at Douglas Courthouse, before Deemster Birkett, is due to last up to 14 days.
