A Douglas company’s applied for permission to rebrand a coffee shop in the heart of the capital.
Crema Ltd, based on Strand Street, has applied for permission to put up Starbucks signs on an empty unit on the corner of Victoria Street and Duke Street.
The former estate agents has been the subject of previous planning applications to transform it into a coffee shop.
