The Steam Packet's new Chief Executive has introduced his own weblog to the company's website.
'A Word With Woodward' promises the truth from the man himself, as well as offering the public a way of contacting him directly.
Mark Woodward says he’ll be making regular postings and would like to hear how they can improve their service, what’s good and what’s not.
And he says people can influence what goes on at the company:
