Final decision on Tuesday's sailings no later than 5.30am tomorrow
The Steam Packet Company has issued an update on work to carry out repairs to a generator aboard the fast craft Manannan which has forced the cancellation of today's scheduled sailings.
The company says that as previously confirmed specialist engineers are en route to the Island to assist with repairs and the company's own team is working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
Currently both the 7am sailing to Dublin tomorrow (29 July) and its 10.45am return, and the 3pm sailing to Liverpool and its 7.45pm return remain subject to confirmation.
A further announcement about these sailings will be made by 7.30pm (28 July), subject to progress on repairs and the advice of specialist engineers.
A final decision on the sailings will be made by 5.30am tomorrow morning (29 July) at the latest.
