Learning to identify stroke symptoms could save lives.
That's the message from a new joint strategy from the Department of Health and the Manx Stroke Foundation.
They are urging people to act FAST with the Face, Arm and Speech Test to determine whether medical attention is needed.
Between 20 and 30 per cent of people who suffer a stroke die, but the number of fatalities could be reduced if they received treatment more quickly.
