Visiting speaker says not all women feel comfortable speaking in male-dominated sector
The former chair of a group that advocates for women in farming says it's vital they support each other.
Heather Wildman of Women in Agriculture Scotland has been speaking to farmers on the Island.
She says women are taking on more roles in agriculture, but some can feel intimidated in the traditionally male-dominated sector.
