Two Island charities are joining forces this week to encourage Manx residents to think about what they want to happen when they die.
Hospice Isle of Man and Cruse Bereavement Care have a simple message for Dying Matters Week, which starts today (8 May) - simply urging people to 'put your house in order'.
The charities have formed an End of Life Matters group, to get people to talk about dying, to set out their wishes, and help family know their preferences when death occurs.
Advice leaflets on advanced care planning are available from the two charities, and at hospice shops, GP surgeries and libraries around the Island.
