Nineteen year-old caused death by driving without due care
A teenager from Peel will appear in court today (24 April) for sentencing, after admitting causing death by driving without due care.
Nineteen year-old Emily Rose Dale-Beeton of Peveril Avenue was charged following a collision on the Poortown Road in St John's last October, in which 43 year-old cycist Matthew McSevney was struck.
Mr Mc Seveny, a father of two and project manager, later died in hospital from his injuries.
