Health minister says hospital pressures 'higher than average'
Pressures on Noble's Hospital are 'higher than average' according to the health minister.
David Ashford was speaking at this afternoon's media conference.
As a result he says they're putting a temporary halt on 'non-urgent elective orthopaedic operations' from tomorrow (27 November).
It's currently unclear how long the suspension of these operations will last.
