DoI sets target for after improvement works
It's claimed people will be able to get through security at Ronaldsway airport in less than ten minutes, once the facility has been upgraded.
Government is about to spend £300,000 on the work, with that figure coming in for criticism from the likes of TravelWatch.
Appearing before a Tynwald committee on Friday, Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer said he wanted 'excellence' when it came to the airport.
Director of Ports Ann Reynolds, who appeared alongside the minister and his chief executive, says that's the aim:
