A Port St Mary man is off on an amazing journey, during which he will visit every capital city in Europe on a bicycle.
Open University student Steven Primrose-Smith, aged 40, set off today (Thursday) on an epic trip which will take up to three years to complete.
Before he left Douglas, his first capital, he told Granada Reports he's not doing it the easy way:
