Amendments protect board from some FOI requests
A bill which aims to further protect young people faces another legislative hurdle today (Tues 5th).
The Safeguarding Bill, brought forward by Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas, will have its third reading in the House of Keys.
It's been amended along the way, so the board looking after the bill and its provisions have protection from certain Freedom of Information requests.
