Tholt-y-Will Glen could soon get a new bridge, under plans from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
The department has applied for permission to replace an existing bridge to maintain access across the Sulby River for its vehicles.
In its application, the department says the bridge would be just under 12 feet wide and also give access to pedestrians.
