Middle MHK Howard Quayle says traffic improvements are on the way in his constituency.
Last night (Wednesday), he was at a public meeting at Marown School meeting residents about their road safety concerns.
Local people complained about speeding traffic on the TT course, as well as problems crossing the New Castletown Road at Mount Murray.
Mr Quayle says talks with road bosses are starting to produce results.
