33-year-old bailed to address in UK
A Douglas man who denies committing domestic abuse will stand trial.
Daniel Fox, of Castlemona Avenue, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he entered a not guilty plea.
The 33-year-old has been accused of physically assaulting his wife, inflicting ‘emotional abuse’ and smashing her sentimental belongings between 3 January and 26 September.
A pre-trial review will take place on 12 December; he’s been bailed to live with his parents in Doncaster until then.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 12 December a two-day trial was set down for 5 and 6 February; bail continues.
