17-year-old denies being over legal limit
An Onchan teenager accused of driving whilst over the legal drug driving limit will stand trial.
Stephen Daniel Thomas Higgins, of Ennerdale Avenue, denied committing the offence during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The 17-year-old was allegedly behind the wheel on Belmont Hill in Douglas on 3 July.
A pre-trial review will take place on 22 December – he’s been bailed until that date
