Not guilty pleas entered by 33-year-old
A Douglas woman will stand trial after being accused of intimidating a woman who accused her of assault.
Jessica Marguerita Radcliffe, of Hazel Crescent, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where she entered a not guilty plea to the charge.
The 33-year-old also denied using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour – both offences allegedly took place on 10 September at the SPAR in Anagh Coar.
A charge of common assault said to have taken place at The Heron pub on 12 August was also denied.
A pre-trial review will take place on 28 November; she’s been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 19 December the case was adjourned. A pre-trial review will now take place on 2 January 2024.
