Fundraiser raises nearly £9,000 for Nesta Hasleden
The family of a man killed near Peel last week say they're 'so grateful' for all the support they've had since his death.
Nesta Hasleden was 21 when he died following a road traffic collision crash near QE2 High School on Wednesday (7 August).
An online fundraiser has raised almost £9,000 for his family.
In a post, on Facebook, his parents say they're broken and numb but want to thank everyone who's sent flowers, cards, kind words or donated to the fundraiser.
They add: "He touched so many lives and in return we have seen so much support.
"We have felt the love. Hopefully those people who spent even a minute with him will forever remember our boy".
