
Poor weather means TV transmitter work planned for this weekend will now take place later this week.
Engineers were due to carry out work this weekend on the Douglas transmitter which provides the Island’s terrestrial TV signals.
When it goes ahead, upgrading the mast to prepare for the digital switchover will mean Island residents will have to do without BBC1 and 2, ITV and Channel 4 for a few hours.
