Returnees now self-isolating
Two new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed on the Isle of Man.
Both individuals are self-isolating for 14 days after testing positive for Covid-19 on their return from the UK.
Government has stressed neither case is linked, and both are not in the community.
Teams are in the process of undertaking contact tracing, and will speak to anyone who came in to contact with the individuals.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle says 'cases such as this are to be expected', and the risk 'remains extremely low'.
It's understood one of the two new cases opted to have the seven-day test option, and both will now be required to quarantine at home.
It brings the total number of active cases on the Island to three, all of which are isolated, and being classed as 'non-community' by government.
