Last month saw a drop in the number of people unemployed in the Isle of Man.
It went down from 1,100 to 1,043, a rate of 2.3%.
It had risen in January following the end of some seasonal jobs.
At the end of the month there were 302 positions still on-file at the Job Centre.
Treasury Minister Eddie Teare has welcomed the news, and praised the resilience of the Manx economy.
He says he remains hopeful the national insurance holiday for employers who take on new staff will also have a positive impact.
