Hotel owners told to take responsibility for closure
Cherry Orchard residents are ‘perplexed’ parts of the Port Erin complex have been placed into liquidation.
So says the spokesman for the leaseholders at the facility.
Last week, hotel owner Robert Gillings said he had no choice after a tribunal hearing ruled tenants had been overcharged for services and should be paid back a collective £89,000.
