St Ninian's student broke heel in incident earlier this month
A 12-year-old boy who had a lucky escape taking part in the craze known as 'tombstoning' says he'd think twice about doing it again.
Jared Forsythe, who's a pupil at St Ninians High School, was jumping off the rocks at Groudle Bay when disaster struck earlier this month.
The coastguard has warned people of all ages against the dangeorous practice, which has caused serious injuries and even death in Britain over recent years.
Jared says he'd climbed up rocks high above the water to impress his friends - but ended up breaking his heel:
