Constabulary says it has received a 'number of complaints'
The Isle of Man Constabulary has issued a warning to those illegally parking on the pavement near the War Memorial on Harris Promenade in Douglas.
Officers say they have received 'a number of complaints from vulnerable road users' regarding the issue.
They say moving forward 'vehicles found parking illegally in this area will be issued with fines' and have reiterated there are 'plenty' of legal parking spaces in the surrounding area.
In a post on social media, they added: "Please park considerately and help keep our pavements safe for everyone."
