Chief constable discusses recruitment and retention with Tynwald committee
The Island could face a mass exodus of experienced police officers in the next few years.
That warning has come from the Chief Constable in evidence given to a Tynwald Justice Committee.
Russ Foster says pay for officers has been increased to make a career in the force more attractive.
